People often look at the price of personal training and compare it with a gym membership. It's a fair question — so let's talk about what's actually different.
Having access to equipment, and having someone help you use it, are two different services. One gives you a door to walk through. The other gives you a plan, a guide and someone keeping an eye on how you're getting on.
The bit before you arrive
Before you ever turn up to a session, there's a plan. We think about what you're working towards, where you're starting from and what suits your week.
You don't have to work out what to do when you get here. It's already decided — you just have to turn up.
Coaching through the session
During the session itself, your coach is right there. Watching your technique, explaining the exercises, adjusting things if a movement doesn't suit you and encouraging you through the harder sets.
That's the part you can't get from a membership card and a room full of equipment.
The bit between sessions
What happens after you leave matters too. Check-ins, adjustments to your plan as you progress, and someone who notices when you've gone quiet.
Coaching isn't just the hour you spend in the studio. It's the planning, the watching, the tweaking and the accountability around it.
