Community is built in the little moments

Coach, The Transformation Rooms

We talk about community a lot at TTR. But what does that actually mean when someone walks through the door for the first time?

Usually, it's not the big things. It's the small ones.

It's in the everyday welcome

It's someone remembering your name. A coach asking how your week went. Another member making space and helping you feel included rather than on the outside of things.

Quiz nights and walks and socials are lovely — and we do plenty of them. But the everyday welcome matters just as much.

The things we want to get right

These are the small things we want to get right, because they're what make people feel comfortable coming back.

A studio is just a room full of equipment until people feel like they belong in it. That's what turns a place you train into a place you come back to.
